Vesica is a relationship-readiness platform: you complete the Academy, pass the Certification Exam, and unlock matching with other certified members. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not previously removed from Vesica for violating these Terms. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Vesica exists to make dating healthier. You agree not to: harass, threaten, or demean other members; misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions; solicit money from members or advertise services; post content that is illegal, hateful, or exploits anyone; share other members' private content without consent; or attempt to contact members who have blocked or unmatched you. Everything the Academy teaches about consent and boundaries applies to how you behave here. We may warn, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion, with or without notice.
The Academy draws on published relationship research, but Vesica is not therapy, counseling, or medical or psychological advice, and certification is not a clinical credential. If you're navigating a mental-health concern or an unsafe relationship, please work with a licensed professional; the app is a supplement to real support, never a substitute.
Use the in-app report (🚩) and block (🚫) tools; reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We don't run criminal background checks on members — exercise the same judgment meeting anyone from the internet: meet in public, tell a friend, arrange your own transportation. If you're in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Premium and Platinum renew monthly until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period. Pearls are one-time virtual purchases with no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused Pearls are forfeited when an account closes. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
You own what you post. You grant Vesica a limited license to host and display your profile content to operate the service (for example, showing your card to other certified members). We never use your photos or messages for advertising without your explicit permission.
You can delete your account in-app at any time (Profile → Delete My Account & Data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the community.
Vesica is provided "as is." We don't guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, or member conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
